Class Description
This class is anything but traditional. From the movement to the music, it's a dynamic blend of yoga, Pilates, barre, and strength training woven together with a focus on mindful movement to the music. We’ll explore how our bodies and minds work together, using principles of nonviolent communication to create a space that feels open and safe. Expect a challenge and lots of support to do whatever is best for you. Come as you are—this class is all about meeting yourself where you are and having fun in your movement practice.
Accuracy to Description
Vibrant and energetic. Pop/uplifting music. Class was very full, temperature warm and decently hot by the end from movement and all the bodies in the room.
Difficulty
Moderate: Creative transitions, dynamic movement, moderate pace. You'd want to know basic poses and alignment.

Overall Recommendation
If you love to have FUN, enjoy moving in creative ways, and getting a good sweat on, this would be a great fit. Technically an all-levels class, but some experience (basic poses and alignment) recommended for maximum enjoyment so that you can move freely without overthinking.
