i suprised david for his 30 birthday in a mutual ceramic workshop. it’s something we wanted to do toghther for so long. i am so happy we chose urban workshops.
Class Description
A special edition sound bath featuring singing bowls and live instruments, put on by Acoustic Alchemy.
Accuracy to Description
The noise from the street below was only noticeable at the beginning of the experience, and as dropped into the meditation it faded into the background and wasn't noticeable. It added an interesting layer at the beginning noticing the city buzzing below and occasional shout.

Sound baths are meditative experiences where you lie down and listen to a variety of sounds with different frequencies, intended to create a state of relaxation and deep meditation. The experience was a classic sound bath, and the facilitator described the different sounds/instruments at the end of it which was nice.

Highly recommend! HAUM is a beautiful studio and very serene and calming. It felt like the perfect space for the sound bath experience.
