Known For
Authentic, flow-based classes and a trusted line up of Vancouver’s most experienced yoga teachers
Getting There
Just off Main Street in Mount Pleasant, the entrance is through a signed side door in the alley. Street parking is usually available nearby, try 6th or 7th Ave and give yourself a bit of extra time.
The Space
The studio is a cozy, open-room with wood floors, plants, and natural light. A prop wall separates the practice area from the lobby, creating a warm, inviting vibe even when full.
Amenities & Changerooms
The setup is simple and functional: there are two gender-neutral washroom stalls that double as changerooms (no showers). In the lobby, you'll find a row of wall hooks to hang your things.
Class Types
Vinyasa, Vinyasa 2, Power, Slow Flow, Holistic Relaxation, Restorative, Yin
Best Beginner Class:
Slow Flow or Yin/Restorative. Could do a slower paced vinyasa class but not recommended for first ever yoga class.
Fun Classes to Try
Vinyasa 2 (faster paced, challenging, complex transitions, inversions) or Power
What to Expect in Class
Classes vary from slow and mindful to energizing and sweaty, with clear cues, breath focus, seasoned teachers, and a warm, respectful vibe.
Best if You Like
A grounded, community-focused studio offering authentic flow-style yoga (vinyasa and power) with modern, down-to-earth instruction.
Pro Tips
Classes can get crowded, so arrive early if you like space around your mat.
While not heated, it can get warm in full classes, dress in light layers.
Teachers often include chanting and “om”-ing, so expect a little tradition woven in.
Bring water, but you don’t need a mat, rentals are free.
Occasional workshops focused on yoga philosophy and tradition
