Known For
High-intensity strength and movement classes set to music in a beautifully designed, boutique space.
Getting There
The Downtown studio is on the third floor above Belfast Love pub. The entrance is unmarked so just head through the doors and go up the stairs.
The Space
There are two studios: the Sun room for heated mat classes and the Reformer room for Pilates. Mats are provided, so just bring a mat towel. The space is beautiful with a neutral, minimalist design that’s both enjoyable and Instagram-friendly.
Amenities & Changerooms
Women’s and men’s changerooms each have washrooms, showers, and lockers with coded access. Dyson hairdryers and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.
Class Types
Yoga: Hot Vinyasa Flow (45/60), Candlelit Yin
Pilates: Hot Pilates Fusion (Sculpt), Hot HIIT Pilates (Strong), Hot Pilates Circuit (Sweat)
Best Beginner Class:
All classes are beginner friendly (go at your own pace) – recommend Candlelit Yin or Hot Pilates Fusion.
Fun Classes to Try
Hot Vinyasa Flow (60), Hot HIIT Pilates
What to Expect in Class
Expect guided strength or movement classes with intentional programming, smooth transitions, and a focus on form. Classes are music-driven, led by skilled instructors, leaving you sweaty, supported, and stronger.
Best if You Like
Best for those who enjoy structured strength training, upbeat music, stylish spaces, and a motivating, push-yourself vibe. Ideal for fans of Barry’s, SoulCycle, or reformer Pilates seeking a strength-focused alternative.
Pro Tips
BYOT (bring a mat towel) and come ready to sweat - all mat classes are heated. Solis is primarily a Pilates studio, so most classes are focused on the workout more than a "zen" experience. Let yourself get lost in the music and have a great workout!
