Known For
A wide variety of yoga classes, welcoming community, and a beautiful space to practice in.
Getting There
The studio is on the second floor in Pandosy Village, with stair access from both West Ave and the main parking lot entrance. Street parking is usually the easiest option, as designated spots in the lot are limited.
The Space
Pranify has two bright, spacious studios: the Sun Room (hot classes) and Moon Room (regular temp classes), both with full-length mirrors and a ton of natural light. They can fill up during busy classes.
Amenities & Changerooms
There are two spacious changerooms (men’s and women’s) with an earthy, retreat-like feel. Cedar and stone showers are a standout feature. Small lockers are available (BYO lock), and a water refill station sits between the two rooms.
Class Types
The Roots, Flow, Power Flow, Vinyasa, Yin, Fuzion, Yin/Yang
Best Beginner Class:
Heated: The Roots – slower paced, set sequence. Great for getting used to the heat and the sequence becomes familiar with time.
Unheated: Yin (restorative, long holds) or Yang/yin (balance of movement and stillness)
Fun Classes to Try
Power Flow, Flow, Vinyasa
What to Expect in Class
Classes vary by teacher and type, but whether you’re doing a slow yin or a dynamic flow, the instruction is clear, grounded, and intentional. The atmosphere is supportive, with space to go deep into your practice whether you’re new or experienced. Expect to leave feeling a little more connected than when you arrived.
Best if You Like
Intentional movement, calming spaces, and access to both heated and non-heated yoga options. Perfect if you want variety and also a sense of flow and consistency.
Pro Tips
Pranify offers a variety of classes, each shaped by the unique style and energy of the instructor so try a few to find what resonates with you. Be sure to check whether your class is heated (Sun Room) or unheated (Moon Room) so there are no surprises.
