Mula Yoga is a welcoming, community-focused space dedicated to traditional and contemporary yoga styles. With experienced teachers and a variety of classes, Mula offers a supportive environment for all levels to deepen their practice and connect to their roots. Mula Yoga is known for its unique Yoga Glow and Energy Flow classes, and it also is one of the only places in the city that offers public Qi Gong classes.

Mens/womens changerooms: each have two washrooms and one shower. There are cubbies for storing belongings, no lockers. Water refill station is in the front lobby.
